Due to previous problems (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) we’ve needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 25+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians. No parties, no outside visitors, no extra overnight guests without previous approval from your host. If you’re coming to Philadelphia to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave without any reimbursement. Not good for you. Not good for us. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place items like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. To be considerate to our neighbors, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 11pm.

You will have access to the entire house during your stay, as it will be exclusively yours to enjoy.
